Sizing

  1. How do I know my size?

    • Our shirts are designed to fit a bigger frame, so please check our sizing guide (http://www.bearology.asia/sizing-guide/) for exact measurements.  

    • Additionally, feel free to use the BEAROLOGY Bros as guides.  Find a model on our website with a similar body size to you to help you pick a look that you like best.

    • If you are still not sure about how our products will fit, just send us a message (http://www.bearology.asia/contact-us/) with your question (be sure to mention the products you are interested in and include your measurements to help speed up the process) and we will find the right size for you.

  2. S? M? L?  How big are the sizes compared to other brands?

    • Our sizes most closely resemble standard American sizing, but please check the sizing guide for exact measurements.

Payment

  1. How can I pay?

    • Orders through the BEAROLOGY.asia website are processed through either PayPal or AliPay (China only).  We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and AliPay.

    • For other forms of payment, please contact us directly.

  2. What currencies do you accept?

    • Currently, we deal primarily in U.S. dollars, though payments through AliPay are processed in Chinese Yuan (RMB).

  3. Is your online payment processing secure?

    • We process all of our online payments through 128-bit SSL encryption backed by PayPal or AliPay.  Please refer to their webpages for more details on their privacy and security policies.

Shipping

  1. Where is my order being shipped from?

    • Depending on the availability and demand of certain products, we have distribution centers in Bangkok, Thailand, Taipei, Taiwan, and Tokyo, Japan.

  2. How long does it usually take for me to get my BEAROLOGY product?

    • Depending on the availability of the items of your order, orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Accounting for destination, standard shipping usually takes 7-10 days.  Orders from outside of Asia typically take an additional 3-5 days.

  3. After I order, is there any way that I can change the shipping address on my purchase?

    • Yes, of course!  We would be happy to accommodate your request before your order is processed.  However, after you receive your shipping notification (usually processed within 3-5 business days), it will not be possible for us to make changes to your shipment.

  4. I received multiple boxes: did I get charged multiple delivery fees?

    • No, you were only charged once.  To improve delivery response time, our inventory is spread out amongst multiple distribution centers across Asia.  Sometimes, the centers closest to you are not able to complete full orders and so, rather than make you wait longer to get your BEAROLOGY product, the order is fulfilled by two separate distribution centers.  But rest assured, you were not charged extra for this convenience.

  5. It’s been more than 10 days.  I think my product is lost.  What should I do?

    • Please contact us directly.  We will get right on it.

  6. I got my BEAROLOGY box, but it’s not what I ordered.  What should I do?

    • Please notify us of any discrepancies in your order with the invoice.  We will handle it.

Product Information

  1. Where are my BEAROLOGY products made?

    1. We work hard to get you the best products, custom made from the highest quality materials we could find.  All BEAROLOGY products have their roots in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or Thailand.

  2. Can I make a return or exchange?

    1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.  For more details, please see our full list of Terms and Conditions.

  2. What if I don’t want to order online?  Where can I find BEAROLOGY goods?

    • As our brand grows, so too will the availability of BEAROLOGY goods!  To find a retailer near you, take a look at the BEAROLOGY store locator on our Partners page.

  3. What should I do if I can no longer find the product I want online or in the store?

    • If you can no longer find what you’re looking for, please send us an message contact us telling us, as best as you can, the item you’re looking for, including the size and color you want.  We will take it from there.
